Dave makes 5 gallon batches of special hot sauces and Worcestershire sauce.  The sauces are bottled at Wolf Pack, a cannery in Gold Bar.  Each sauce is available in 5-ounce bottles.
 
 
Green Chili Sauce
Made with a variety of our chili peppers when still green, and garlic and white vinegar
 
Worcerstershire Sauce
From a 1940's recipe; our apples are the main ingredient
 
Red Chili Sauce 
Made with a variety of our own ripe red chili peppers, garlic, and white vinegar
