Dave makes 5 gallon batches of special hot sauces and Worcestershire sauce.  The sauces are bottled at Wolf Pack, a small cannery in Gold Bar, Snohomish County.  Each sauce is available in 5-ounce bottles.
 
 
Worcerstershire Sauce
From a 1940's recipe in an out-of-print cookbook; apples are the main ingredient.  

 

Green Chili Sauce 

Hot chili sauce made with a variety of our green chili peppers, and garlic and white vinegar.
 
Red Chili Sauce - unavailable for 2012 
Slightly less hot since it's made with a variety of our own ripe red chili peppers, garlic, and white vinegar.  Chili peppers are a little sweeter when red than they are when green.  We did not have enough red chili peppers in 2011 to make a 5-gallon batch.
