LOCAL GRASS-FED BEEF FROM OUR FARM
Thank you to all who purchased some of our pasture-fed beef in 2011. Dave plans to raise steers again in 2012.
Our steers are grass fed and graze freely on approximately six acres of lush valley pasture. The steers have a low-stress life with occasional treats of bolting lettuce, Swiss chard, and comfrey. They also have access to plenty of water and a mineral lick.
